Since it is getting chilly outside, I recently made this White Chocolate Caramel Cocoa. It is that time of year where a hot cup of cocoa always sounds great. To be able to sit down and relax and warm up at night is great. I have a recipe that I make every year that my mom shared with me. Mom used to make huge batches of hot cocoa mix and would pass out huge popcorn tin cans full of the mix to family and friends. I will always hold that memory close to my heart. She passed her recipe on to me and I still make it to this day every year as well. Although I make that recipe, I have this recipe that I will not make as well. It is not a dry mix, therefore it will not be made in big batches.

This Cocoa looks so good, doesn’t it? So pretty that I almost do not want to drink it. Notice how I stated the word almost. I love this cocoa so much I can’t go without drinking it.

All the goodies that go into this White Chocolate Caramel Cocoa make this hot drink delicious. It is not a dry mix as I stated before. When making this, I only make enough at a time for each setting. It includes melting chocolate chips and it not a powder type of Cocoa. If you like White Chocolate and also like Caramel, then you will enjoy this cocoa. I know my husband and children love it just as much as I do. We make this a couple times each around Halloween, Thanksgiving, and Christmas. YUM!
