Teriyaki Steak is an easy and delicious meal for the family. It’s another delicious dinner to place on the table. It is a tasty dish that my whole family enjoys. This dish tastes just as good as the restaurant that we go to and order from. It is actually better in my opinion.

We make this dish quite often at home. We invite friends over for this meal as well as family members. My sister and her family will come over and we will sit down and spend quality time together and eat another delicious meal. Rice, when made right can be delicious. This Teriyaki Steak mixed with all the goodies that go into this makes this an exceptional meal.

My husband is a steak lover and he likes dishes that are unique. The pineapple is what makes this dish unique. The savory flavors all throughout the steak and the rest of this dish are sure to turn you and your family on to this. This meal calls for fresh garlic too! Many times, often more than not, we will have garlic on what we are having for dinner. I honestly believe that you will like this dish as long as you like rice and steak meat.

The ingredients that you will need for this recipe is:
- 2 cups cooked white rice
- 1 pound flank steak
- 1 red pepper
- 1 yellow pepper
- 1 cup teriyaki sauce
- 2 tbs sesame oil
- 8 oz pineapple drained
- 1 onion
- 2 cloves garlic
Here are the directions for this Teriyaki Steak recipe, enjoy:
- Heat oil and 1 clove chopped garlic.
- Cook thin flank steak on a medium heat 3 minutes per side. Remove and slice.
- Slice onions and peppers.
- Cook in the same pan you cooked the steak for 5 minutes or until tender.
- Put steak back in and mix in teriyaki sauce and pineapple.
- Continue cooking for another 3-5 minutes.
- Serve over rice and enjoy.

These ingredients will give you an idea of what you are looking at as far as how much you need of each. Depending on the size of your family, you can adjust up or down. Of course, for my family I had to double the ingredients. I have a family of five left here still living at home. We are not small eaters at any rate. My husband and children especially are big eaters when it comes to home cooked meals.

This looks so yummy. I love this kind of meal. Something with rice or pasta with a protein source. I could live off it! I will have to try this recipe.
Kikkoman also makes a really delicious teriyaki sauce that might make this recipe even easier!
