To celebrate National Ice Cream month, we have teamed up with Mars Ice Cream to share our Snickers Ice Cream in Mini Brownie Cups! They’re super easy to make and perfect for family movie night, a summer backyard BBQ, or just because it’s hot outside!
Ingredients
- Box of your favorite brownie mix.
- Snickers Ice Cream
- Chocolate topic (optional)
- Caramel topping (optional)
Instructions
- Mix brownies according to directions on package and bake them in a mini-muffin pan.
- Allow to cool.
- Add Snickers Ice Cream on top.
- Add a little chocolate and caramel topping (optional)
