This mint & M&M brownie is delicious. These brownies are not your ordinary brownies. These have not only the M&Ms, but they also have Andes Mint in them as well. Add to that the mint flavoring, and yum! These are the best brownies that I have ever had in my entire life.

I just made these the other night, and my husband has already asked for me to make them again! Brownies are one of my favorite desserts to have, so, of course, I told him yes that I would make more. Mint brownies are even better. These Mint M&M Brownies are so delicious and moist like no other. I added a glass of milk. I have mentioned before that I always have to have a glass of milk when eating brownies. When I made these brownies, it was no different. A glass of milk was right there for me to drink.

OMG, Loving This Mint & M&M Brownies Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 1/3 C flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 C sugar
- 4 squares of Ghirardelli dark baking chocolate, melted
- 1/2 C canola oil
- 4 eggs, room temp
- 1 tsp mint
- 1 bag of M&Ms;, pick out the green
- 1 box of andes mints broken in half
Instructions
- Heat oven to 350 degrees.
- Prep baking pan with baking spray.
- Combine flour and salt, sift together.
- Mix sugar and oil together.
- Beat in eggs until light and smooth.
- Add mint extract, andes mints and green M&Ms;,
- Slowly add the dry ingredients, beating until smooth.
- Spread in the baking pan.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes.
- Allow to cool slightly.
- Cut into squares while warm.
