It is hard to believe that it is already the 20th day of the Twenty-Eight Days and Counting. I have done remarkable well during these last 20 days so good in fact that I have lost a total of 12.2 pounds and 14 ½ inches. And I am ready to start buying new clothes because the old clothes are starting to hang on me.
What better way to kick off the new year than to reward myself by buying a new outfit to wear to a New Year’s Party this evening! You can get ready too simply by starting your Personal Trainer Food Program in 2016.
I want to talk to you about making New Year’s Resolutions. Usually we all make promises to ourselves that we will go to the gym and eat less and exercise more to get rid of a few unwanted pounds. But within a few weeks we are all back doing the same things we were doing prior to making that New Year’s Resolutions. Might I suggest that you forget about making those resolutions and just do what I have been doing.
When you follow the Personal Trainer Food Program you don’t really give up anything but you gain a whole lot more. Less weight, less fat and a lot more energy all because you have given up all that sugar in your diet.


As you can see there is quite a difference and besides looking much thinner I feel much better as well. Not so sluggish and I have a bunch more energy.
Now think about how you want to start your new year. Do you want to change your appearance and be healthier? Then I suggest you get on the Personal Trainer Food Program.
