I made Chicken, Bacon, and Ranch Tots last night for dinner. They turned out pretty amazing too. I enjoy eating casserole dishes and this dish was no different. I have had tater tot casserole dishes before, but never with chicken included. This dish was scrumptious. All the bacon, chicken, and ranch together was delicious.
My husband does not care for casserole dishes much, but when I told him that it had chicken in the recipe, he gave it a try. He loved it. The kids, of course, love it. They have always liked tater tots so this here was really not a surprise that they would like this. They ate their first serving and come back for more. I actually had to tell my son to slow down. 😉
I am making the Chicken, Bacon, and Ranch Tots for Christmas Eve this year. It will save me a lot of time since I will have lots of presents to wrap. This dish does not take long to make and saves a lot of time. My older daughter will help me make dinner to give me more time to wrap gifts. She is the sweetest.
