I had no choice because lots of people request that I make this dish for the reunions and other get-togethers. I have a huge family, so when I say that I made a huge amount there is no exaggeration.
This Cheesy Buffalo Ranch Mac is delicious. If you like cheese, ranch, and foods with a hot kick then you will like this dish. It is not too spicy and everyone will be able to eat it without burning their mouth. I find that using the heavy cream, it makes this dish creamier and oh, so delicious. I was surprised to find out that there is no ranch dressing in the recipe. What I mean by that is, that it is not the actual ranch dressing from a bottle. It calls for the packages of ranch dressing mix. It sets the flavors off. The buffalo flavoring has a great taste as well. Who doesn’t want some cheddar cheese to go inside this dish? Yum! The more, the merrier. My kids love cheese, so I always tend to use a little more than what the recipe calls for.
