How do you keep your body hydrated?  Keeping your body hydrated is critical, which I’m sure most of you already know.  You hear about how important it is to keep your body hydrated all the time, but it often stops there.  Your body needs water to survive, makes up more than half of your body weight.  It’s crazy to think that your body needs that much to function properly.  Needless to say, staying hydrated is essential for a healthy body.

  • Your mouth is dry
