Easy & Super Delicious Tomato and Basil Pie Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 pie shell
- 1 beefsteak tomato sliced thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup chopped fresh basil
- 16 oz. shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350. Bake pie shell for 20 minutes or until golden brown. Mix together fresh basil and mozzarella cheese. Place in pie shell top with tomatoes. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until cheese is melted. Remove and serve. Garnish with fresh basil.
