There are so many recipes floating around the web for Halloween. Since we have partnered with DOLE, I wanted to have a little fun with a healthier Halloween recipe that is easy, loaded with fruit and even fun for the kids. My kids love this super easy Candy Corn Pineapple & Mandarin Orange Fruit Smoothie recipe, and I love that DOLE makes things easy and less messy.
Thanks to DOLE Jarred Fruit there is no peeling, cutting, or mess. All you need to do is open the jar and enjoy the ready-to-eat, high-quality fruit packed in 100 percent fruit juice or open them up and make fun, healthier Halloween Smoothie!
- Dole Mandarin Oranges Jarred Fruit
- Dole Pineapple Jarred Fruit
- Ice (optional but it helps with the layering)
- Whipped Topping (optional but helps make it look more like Candy Corn and taste great)
Let’s make this super yummy Candy Corn Pineapple & Mandarin Orange Fruit Smoothie:
This is seriously one of my favorite combinations of fruit! There is something about Mandarin Oranges and Pineapple, I can’t think of a better combination for a fruit smoothie.
- Put ½ jar of DOLE Pineapples into the blender with the desired amount of ice and blend. Once it’s blended remove from the blender and make your 2nd layer of the Candy Corn Smoothie leaving room for the Mandarin Oranges and whipped topping.
- Put ½ of the jar of Mandarin Oranges into a blender with the desired amount of ice. Once it’s mixed remove from the blender and place in your favorite smoothie cup leaving enough room for whipped topping.
- Top your fruit smoothie with whipped topping, a few sprinkles and maybe a candy corn or two if you like. It’s up to you have fun with it!

Since you’ll have some DOLE Jarred Fruit left I wanted to make sure and note that it is okay to place the resealable lid back on the jar and save the rest for your next fruity craving. DOLE Jarred Fruit seriously make creating a healthy snack as easy as 1-2-3!

Ingredients
- Dole Mandarin Orange Jarred Fruit
- Dole Pineapple Jarred Fruit
- Ice (optional but it helps with the layering)
- Whipped Topping (optional)
Instructions
- Put 1/2 of the jar of Mandarin Oranges into a blender with the desired amount of ice. The ice will make your smoothie thicker, so the amount you add depends on the way you like your smoothies. Once it’s mixed remove from the blender and place in your favorite smoothie cup, leaving enough room for your pineapple layer and whipped topping.
- Put 1/2 jars of DOLE pineapples into the blender with the desired amount of ice and blend. Once it’s blended remove from the blender and make your 2nd layer of Candy Corn Smoothie, leaving a little room on top of the whipped topping.
- Top your fruit smoothie with whipped toppings, a few sprinkles and maybe a candy corn or two if you like. It’s up to you to have fun with it!
