It’s this never ending cycle, but the kids love getting dirty as much as they love getting sticky after eating blackberry lemonade fruit popsicles! YUMMY, right.
The kids will be home soon so here are a few things you can do on spring break to keep them from getting board and a awesome blackberry lemonade fruit popsicles recipe they’ll love.
Things To Do On Spring Break
There is no better time to take the kids bike riding than the spring! It’s something we do daily! It’s good for the kids and myself, plus the kids have a blast!
It’s hot where I live and spring is a great time for the kids to play in the water. If you live in a warm area why not let the kids have fun playing in the water! Don’t let the big picture of the water park scare you my kids are happy with the hose, mud, and if they’re lucky a kiddy pool too!
We always visit the park, but it’s nice when all the kids can visit together! Plus, it’s nice when family and friends are able to join.
Kids love dirt! My kids are consistently asking me if they can go play outside. That’s their code to one another to go play in the dirt lol. Hey, it’s fun they are only kids once let them get dirty!
Let the kids build a for in their room and sleep in it. I don’t know what it is, but I loved it as a child and my kids get so excited when I let them build a fort to sleep in. It’s also a great time to let them tell stories, watch a movie on your tablet, and make them some popcorn!
You don’t have to have a canvas and everything for the kids to paint. We’ve nailed together a few old boards and used an old sheet as the canvas! The kids have a blast!
Go crazy and let them play in the mud
OMG, it doesn’t happens often and it needs to be super warm so I can spray them off with the hose, but it happens. My kids actually talk me into playing in the mud!
My youngest daughter doesn’t have too much experience gardening and she is pumped to get started. If you’re looking for something fun to do with this kids this spring break try gardening. Here are a few tips to help you grown little gardeners! Be sure to involve them in making the plants and start with something small. Start with something small.
