This post brought to you by The Parking Spot. All opinions are 100% mine.
Everyone want the perfect parking spot. You know the one that’s close to the door, especially if you’re lugging around a toddler or two. It’s too bad we never get that perfect parking spot, normally by the time I get to the store I’m parking WAY, WAY, WAY in the back, it’s almost a hike to make it to the front door. My kids complaining, “Mom can we go home.” “Mom can we get food, I’m hungry.” “Mom, I have to go pee.” Oh man, I can only dream of the day I get that perfect parking spot, lol. I would almost rather have my daughter drive me to the store in her little truck. I mean at least we park next to the door, lol.
Now, let’s take that parking spot that I’m complaining about and imagine it times, oh I don’t know A MILLION! You know where I am thinking, don’t you? Yes, airport parking. WOW, now how on earth do you find a good parking spot there? I’m pretty sure it’s not possible to park your car, unload your belongings, run inside, and catch your flight. Yea, fat chance on that one. I love to travel, but dread flying because parking can often be such a drag. Not to mention I suck at directions, and remembering… hummmm, well just about everything much less where I parked a week ago. Thank god for my husband, I would be lost without him on so many different levels.
The few times I was at the airport I got to ride this awesome spotted little shuttles. Yup, it’s like a yellow Dalmatian. I felt like a little kid, many I wants to put some ears on it. Why not, lol. To be honest I was actually surprised how nice the driver was. This might sound mean, rude, wrong, but in my experience it’s true. Those people that work at the airport need to take a dose of nice before they head to work. Really, everyone from the people that drive those little shuttles to the people that make you stand funny while they invade your privacy. I know, I know.. They have to do it, but they could at least be nice about it.
Back to the spotted shuttles, that I wanted to add some ears on and call it a yellow Dalmation. Well, they have a name and they care called The Parking Spot. I have been on their shuttles 4 times, those drivers took their dose of nice before heading to work. Really, I nearly tripped over my lip when they picked up my bags for me. WHAT, who does that at the airport other than my husband.
So check this out. The Parking Spot focuses on more than just picking you up and dropping you off. They also focus on hospitality, making your travels less sucky, affordable, and I have to say those driver know some awesome jokes.
