It’s almost over! Wow, okay so it’s already almost September! OMG, for real what the money-saving gadget is going on, oh lol! Sorry I was thinking about how much money I am saving with the Try Snapshot challenge. Yes, you got it! It went up again, moved from a 22% savings to a 23% savings! Okay, so its only 1% increase, but you realize that’s since Sunday and today is Wednesday! Not bad!
The Try Snapshot challenge is over tomorrow! So I wanted to provide you with another post before the contest is over! However expect another one to come. Which will be after the winner is announced and the my full month of test driving Snapshot is up! I won’t leave you high and dry, without finishing it up right! I want you to know my final results even if the contest is over!
How much am I saving?
Before I posted on Sunday I set a goal to be at 22% savings by the end of the test drive, however that happened much faster than I anticipated! In one short week I moved up from 16% savings, and reached my goal of 22% savings. If you’ve been following along you know that I had a little hiccup in my driving. I got a little crazy when I had to drive my husband to the emergency room. Yes, I drove really fast, and probably hit the breaks way to hard. The Snapshot device was the last thing on my mine! However, I was impressed to learn how quickly you’re able to recover from life. It happens, you never know when you’re going to have to hurry somewhere for an emergency, dog runs out in front of the car, and breaking hard is the responsible thing to do. The Snapshot device doesnt’ know there’s a dog, and that’s the reason you slammed on your breaks.
It’s nice to know that maybe the Snapshot device doesn’t realize life happens, but Progressive does! They understand that there’s a time when stuff happens, and we have to drive fast, or break suddenly. They make it easy to get your saving back by driving the way you drive daily. Simply return to your normal driving happens and everything falls into place, your saving comes back! I was very impressed by this. So for this progressive gets TWO THUMBS UP, for understanding that life happens. They allow us the opportunity to redeem our savings simply by returning to our normal daily driving habits!
About the actual savings!
Well I think 23% saving speaks for itself! Who doesn’t want to save 23% on their auto insurance? UMMMMMM, pretty sure I do! If you’ve been following along you know I already have Progressive for my insurance carrier! Yes, I know pretty awesome! I get to save 23% on my current insurance policy with them. That’s how much of a difference Snapshot has made with Progressive, many of us already have them! Why wouldn’t you give it a try! Think about it even if you’re saving $10 a month, you’re still have $120 a year by choosing the Snapshot option!
I am glad I was blessed with the opportunity to test drive Snapshot, I probably wouldn’t have had this opportunity not come up. Why? Change, I think I was worried about too much. It’s different, maybe I didn’t understand it completely. I think I just saw a commercial with the wonderful Flo and thought wow that would be awesome, but never took the time to really learn anything else about it. I remember my husband and I talking about it but we never acted on it. I am glad I was provided with this opportunity. Thank you Progressive for allowing me the chance to step outside my comfort zone and into 23% savings. The savings from the Snapshot test drive gets TWO THUMBS UP!
So I think you should try Snapshot?
Yes, absolutely I think you should give Shanpshot a try. Why? Why not? Its FREE, worst thing that will happen is, you’ll not save any money and have to mail the Snapshot device back to Progressive. Oh, and don’t forget they supply everything you need to sent it back. Yes, shipping costs are covered as well. So even if you don’t save its FREE, don’t even have to cover shipping for the way back.
If you don’t try it you’ll never know if you would have saved money on your auto insurance.
What do I think about Progressive?
This is an easy one! I love them, they have been there for me every single time i need them. Customer service has always been great! I have only had to do 1 claim in the last few years with Progressive, but their were there within no time to look at the truck and provided us with a check! Really service as always been good, savings is wonderful and THEY HAVE FLO! NOBODY BEATS FLO! Progressive gets TWO THUMBS UP, I love them have been with them for more than 10 years and do not plan on going anywhere else. I feel like they offer me the protection that my family needs, customer service I expect, and the savings I am looking for.
I wanted to tell everyone THANK YOU FROM THE BOTTOM OF MY BLOG, FOR ALL YOUR SUPPORT WITH THIS EVE?NT! lol, okay I had to say that… It sounded funny, but really from the bottom of my heart! I cannot tell you how much your support means to me! Your support with this wonderful event means more than the trip and the 23% savings on my car insurance. It’s been fun and such an uplifting experience, I cannot begin to tell you how exciting it’s all been, because of you!
My overall experience with Progressive over the last 10 years has been great! The last month with the Snapshot device in my truck has been wonderful, I love that I can look forward to saving 23%, however that could go up! Remember you should still see another post from me! If you haven’t tried the Snapshot device, I recommend giving it a shot!
You never know unless you try. That’s something I have learned, sometimes stepping away from whats comfortable to us can be a good thing. Especially when we’re talking about saving money!

That is a fantastic savings, and I really didn’t understand the whole Progressive snap shot thing. I am a krazy insane safe driver because of an accident I had a few years ago when someone totaled my car all because they weren’t paying attention, and hit me going 65-70MPH. I saw it coming, but there was nothing I could do. Luckily, I was not hurt at all, just sore for a few days. I’ll have to check them out because I am actually in the market for a new car insurance provider that will provide savings. Good job on the savings! That’s an extra $120 a year you can splurge on yourself.
See the awesome thing is when I do it on all my cars it will be more! thats only on one of my cars! GIRL TRY IT, IT’S FREE CANNOT GO WRONG WITH FREE AND IF IT DOESNT WORK MAIL IT BACK BUT I HAVE LOVED IT AND FEEL VERY GRATEFUL TO HAVE BEEN ABLE TO BE PART OF THIS OR I MAY NOT HAVE TRIED IT! I am going to get snapshot for all my cars after this, we have 3 cars on it and 2 are full coverage gets pricey! TRY IT LET ME KNOW HOW YOUR VENTURE GOES, AND PROGRESSIVE, WELL I LOVE THEM LIKE I SAID IN THE POST THEY ARE AWESOME!

Oh Jenn, you are just too cute! I love your enthusiasm. I truly hope you get to meet Flo. She Rocks! My old boss at work (which funny enough, was an insurance company… Liberty Mutual) before I left to stay home with my 3yr old son used to tell me that I reminded me of Flo. So maybe if you don’t get to meet her, I could fill in for her! haha!
