St Patricks Day Layered Mint Chocolate Fudge

Everyone loves an awesome piece of fudge right, but fudge for St. Patrick’s Day?  Sure why not, this Layered Mint Chocolate Fudge is good and an awesome party pleasure.

Grab your ingredients and cooking supplies and lets get started!

  1. 2 Cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  2. 1 14 oz can sweetened condensed mild
  3. 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  4. 6 oz white confections coating or 1 cup premium white chocolate chips
  5. 1 tablespoon peppermint extract
  6. Green food coloring (add to desired color)



How to make this awesome creation

  • Line 8-9 inch square pan with some wax paper
  • Melt your chocolate chips and add 1 cup of sweetened condensed milk
  • in a sauce pan heat on a low heat
  • add vanilla
  • spread half the mixture on your pan with wax paper
  • chill about 15 mins or until firm
  • keep the rest of the mixture at room temp
  • melt the white confections coating with remaining sweetened condensed mild in heavy saucepan over low heat
  • Add your peppermint extract
  • add food coloring
  • Spread the food coloring mixture over the chilled layer
  • allow to chill 15 mins or until firm
  • spread the remaining chocolate mixture on top
  • Allow to chill for 2.5 hours or until it is firm
  • cut however you like squares (or get creative after all it is for St. Patrick’s Day)
  • Enjoy
