You can almost always be safe when you purchase a gift card for someone you don’t know all that well, but have you ever considered getting someone you know well a gift card?  Say your son, or daughter maybe?  I know you’re are probably thinking I’m being a lazy shopper, not a smart shopper…  Let me explain a little.

What a great idea. My husband uses his grocery store card to get bonus points for gasoline. It just makes sense. If you’re going to shop, why not get something back.

I think a gift card is a great gift idea. It is definitely the gift that keeps on giving. You give a gift, and the recipient is free to buy what they really want.
