I recently had the opportunity to try Purex UltraPacks Detergent. To be honest I was a little worried because I didn’t see anywhere on the packaging stating it was safe for High Efficiency washers. Good news – Purex UltraPacks Detergent is formulated and safe for all machines, even my HE washing machine.
What’s the difference between Purex UltraPacks plus Oxi and the normal Purex UltraPacks? Purex UltraPacks plus Oxi have more of the good stuff that many of us parents need – stain fighting stuff. Each of the little Purex UltraPacks contain 2x concentrated liquid detergent, which gives every package double the cleaning power, and leaves your cloths extra clean. The small Purex package dissolves quickly, and in any temperature water. Even cold water! They actually recommend that you use the UltraPacks with dry hands to avoid dissolving in your hand. Each Purex UltraPacks plus Oxi and Zout Stain Remover is 18 normal washes, or 9 heavy duty washes. Purex does recommend using two UltraPacks for heavy duty washes.
My favorite things about using Purex UltraPacks Plus Oxi and Zout Stain Remover is that extra oomph of stain remover. Like many other parents, I want my kids to enjoy being kids, and unfortunately for some reason that means getting dirty, and leaving mom with stains to try and get out of their clothing. What can I say, I want my kids to look nice, but don’t want to buy them a new outfit every other day. As a mother of four I can say I truly appreciate the extra stain remover that is packed in that little package of awesomeness.
All you need to do is toss one (two for heavy loads) into your washer, turn it on, and wait until your wash is finished. It’s really doesn’t get any easier than that, or less mess for that matter!
