Pourty Training Potty Review and Giveaway

Blah Blah's Good Disclosure

We are currently entering the joys of potty training in my house.  Potty training is a task all in itself, without the stress of making a mess when emptying the contents.    My youngest daughter is extremely independent and doesn’t want to wear her diaper much anymore.  So we are working on potty training, which can be fun.  She normally does really well remembering to use the bathroom, unless she is busy.  In that case she often remembers after her pants are wet.  It happens, she will get the hang of it.

We have been using a Pourty Potty for the last 2 weeks.  Which is an multi-award winning potty that pours.   Pourty is made of plastic, has a wide ergonomic seat, and wide base making it stable.  It has a handle in the front along with pouring duct and anti-drip lip so it’s easy to empty without making a mess.   This potty also has two sides on the back rest of the Pourty Potty, which is to offer support to children if they lean back.  This product was made by parents who became frustrated with messes that came with emptying normal training potties.

When my daughter first noticed her new potty, not sure what she was thinking but she went and got her Minnie Mouse toy and put her on it while she climbed up on her old potty.  I think she was trying to be nice to Minnie and give her new potty.   Honestly I was a little worried that she was not going to try it, well about 30 seconds later she asked Minnie to trade her potty’s, lol.

I love that I am able to review products that are made by parents themselves.  Parents know what other parents have to deal with on a daily basis.  Knowing that a product is made by a parent for parents always gives me confidence in the product right from the start.

What I loved

There was a lot of thought put into this product, not only does it reduce if not eliminate spilling accidents, it’s build with a child’s comfort in mind as well.    I have to admit the Pourty potty makes emptying unpleasant contents much easier and less messy with the easy pour duct and anti-drip lip.  The design is basic and simply to pick up the potty by the front and pour out the pouring duct.  There is not mess, drips or spills.

What to look our for.

Honestly, this is a great products there’s nothing to watch out for.  This product is a simple design, it’s not real stylish but its a potty not sure that matters.  I know it doesn’t matter much to my daughter she prefers her Pourty Potty to her old Princess Potty that makes noises when you flush.

Mom loves Pourty Potty, it has made my life much more simple and less messy.  Madisyn also loves her Pourty Potty, now Minnie Mouse uses the Princess Potty and mom is thankful for that.  Minnie Mouse is less messy to clean up.
