I ran into this website, overnightessay.com that brought back some memories and made me start thinking.
When I was talking college classes online I remember wishing I would have had someone write some of my term papers for me. I honestly overloaded myself I was working full-time and taking a full-load of classes online, it was seriously too much but I did it and survived.
When I was talking my classes online and working full-time, I was always so sleepy and remember contemplating using a website that would write some of my essays for me. I truly did it to myself; I should have been smarter, finished school and moved directly on to college. I honestly found myself up late at night on Google searching personal essay samples or free essay sample I never had anyone write anything for me but I have to admit I was extremely tempted.
So now to the real reason I am writing this, have you taken online classes? I have taken many online classes; they’re so convenient. You’re able to attend school at your own convince and dressed in your PJ’s while cooking dinner.
I also remember struggling with certain classes because I did not have that interaction with other students and a teacher to listen to, I am a Psychology buff. I always kicked myself for not attending traditional college for certain classes such as Psychology. Some of the words are hard to figure out, it would have been much easier to listen to an instructor say them or have someone available to ask.
I tell people I have a Bachelors in Psychology, they freak out, ask me why I am a store manager at the bank, why I blog. To be honest I love what I do, would rather blog than work at the bank but I enjoy the people I work with, company I work for and the hours I work. I truly wish I would have put more thought into my education and went for business. I was looking for the easiest way to do something with my life while I worked and I was able to get my Bachelors in Psychology online.
I look at my children and wonder how I feel about them attending college online. Of course I will support them in whatever venture they decide to go on, but I want the best for them as any parent does. I often wish that I would have attending traditional college for some of my college classes and been able to listen to a teacher lecture, while other classes I feel online was appropriate.
With online college’s becoming more and more popular I wonder what everyone’s thoughts are about attending school online. Do you feel that it’s as beneficial for people as traditional college classes? Does it depend on the classes? Should all classes be available online or only select classes?
