This post brought to you by Biz Stain Fighter. All opinions are 100% mine.
Anyone who has children knows that laundry is a never-ending task, it’s always going to be there. The older our children get the less stains end up in their cloths, or I thought so at least. Many of you know I have a toddler Mattie and an almost 8-year-old, Vayda. Now Vayda isn’t your average 8-year-old, lol. I really thought that by the time Mattie was a toddler and Vayda was this age things would have kind of sort of done a flip-flop. You know, Vayda not run around with a Kool-Aid mustache from ear to ear. Especially because we don’t EVER have Kool-Aid in the house, now how does that happen? I’m telling you this girl can find an ice cream stain and only have a cup of water. Unless she has decided to play mean tricks on mom all the stinking time. Seriously, does she have some magical power to turn water into Kool-Aid, RED KOOL-AID!

It’s kind of magic, like that magical place all your socks partners go! Like really, where is it that they disappear too, and why can’t I go there sometimes. I need to disappear sometimes too, especially since my 8-year-old is allowed to have magical messy powers! WHY CAN’T I GO WHERE THE SOCKS GO, I will come back I promise. Hummmm, I know because I’m mom and I signed up for this darn job, for the rest of my life.
So get this, I counted last week how many times I had to jump on Google and search how to get some kind of stain out. Do you want to know how many times, you should really be sitting down for this one? Mind you my children are in school and daycare from 7:30am until 4:00pm. Are you sure you want to know, 16 times. Can you believe this stuff, 16 times I had to visit with Google who I honestly love, but am getting very sick of having to meet up on bad circumstances. So my kids, home all weekend 7 of those happened on Sunday. Yea it was clean your room day, and wow…. I don’t know what else to say other than, please socks come get me. Nope, I’m mom so I have to stay here, jump on Google, and figure out what to use. I already know a whole lot of elbow grease is involved, but what is going to make it a little easier.
I am going to share a little secret with you, peroxide mixed with something will get ANYTHING OUT! Too bad you cannot buy it by the 5 gallon bucket in my house, too bad I cannot just toss peroxide and baking soda and with my laundry and call it good. I used to love my washing machine, now the site of it makes me wish I could go play with the socks that took off to this unknown place. I wonder where they go, I leave them right next to my washer for a day, two at most, and they are gone. I’ve looked at my washer, it’s not eating them. At least I don’t think, I mean it looks like a normal washer don’t you think?
Don’t even get me started on the laundry stains I deal with on a daily basis from my two youngest girls. Half the time I don’t even want to ask what that is on their shirt, no wonder their socks run away. I would too, all this magical staining crap. They don’t stand a chance in this home, they will never stay white.
You know I used to enjoy doing laundry, was very picky about what things were tossed in the laundry together, and forget anyone touching my stuff. Only I could fold it, because only I knew how it was supposed to go. Then I turned into a mommy of four, which as its good moments too bad the laundry takes up most of my time, lol. I could handle laundry and the house if my kids didn’t find everything that they are not allowed to have, which I didn’t even know we owned, and stain just about everything. Out of all the stains, laundry stains have to be the worst. Most of the time I am so irritated by the time I pick their laundry up, I just toss it in the washer, heck no I don’t even want to know about the stains. I’m still crossing my fingers the socks will come get me, just for an hour to play.
Then I notice them, after they have already been tossed in the drier, on high. Yes, you know us moms we dry everything as hot as we can so we can hurry and move to the next load so we are not stuck with laundry all day. Which I truly don’t know why we bother, while we’re washing our kids are staining 6 more shirts. Seriously if they can stain it, they do it. We have dirt stains, dust stains, KOOL-AID stains (which I don’t’ buy), chocolate stains, red stuff stain, orange thingy stain, and the famous I don’t even know what color that is stain.
So I heard about this stuff, it’s supposed to be pretty awesome. It’s called Biz Stain Fighter and it’s a detergent booster for laundry stains. Biz powder is also a multi=purpose cleaner for other cleaning tasks in the home. It actually sounds like pretty good stuff, and can get out some pretty mean stains such as:
- Chocolate
- Ketchup
- Wine
- Blood
- Spaghetti Sauce
- Grass Stains
On the Biz website they say that you can make a thick paste with the Biz power and spread the mixture over the stain until it’s completely covered, and wash as usual with Biz and detergent.
So what I am gathering from reading about Biz, is that I need to get me some. I had to share because I cannot be the only mom with this issue, right. Oh, please tell me I’m not, lol. The part that I like is that you can use it for other household stains. Now, had I had this last week I probably wouldn’t have had to spend so much time on Google figuring out how in the world I was going to get another stain out of why couch?
Check out this awesome video by Biz and let me know what you think in the comments below.

I use Oxi-Clean with every load and my clothes turn out perfect everytime!!
Biz is a good product. I’m so happy that I’m past the years of tough laundry stains. Unless you count my husband. Love the articles and photos.
My grandma has always used Biz for everything. I have tried it a few times on tough things and had very good results.
Never heard of this…thanks for sharing.
